What You’ll Get to Do:
- Provide world-class instruction for the Joint Military Counterintelligence Collections Course (JMCCC).
- Plan, develop, and execute training certification for CIA agents to independently plan and conduct CI collection (according to EO 12333 and DoDI S-5240.17) to identify and detect FIE activities against DoD, and respond to validated CI requirements, supporting the identification, exploitation, disruption, manipulation, or neutralization of FIE intelligence operations targeting DoD and U.S. interests.
- Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that often exceed 8 hours a day, including weekends, with travel within the NCR and CONUS.
- Employ blended learning techniques, including eLearning tools, lectures, discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays, and demonstrations of skills through work-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph or ability to obtain polygraph.
- Five (5) years of experience conducting CI or HUMINT Collection.
- Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school.
- Completed one of the following courses: MCC, ACICC, JMCCC, DATC, ASOTC, MOTC, FTC, OTC, or equivalent IC school, or have experience conducting Level II MCC per DoDI-S 5240.17.
- Served as a CI Collector with experience in the full operational cycle.
- Ability to sit and stand for up to four hours and walk up to five miles in one day.
