Summary: Flatter, Inc. is seeking highly talented Instructional Systems Designers to support FBI training units in providing training and professional development to the FBI workforce and partners. The role involves supporting curriculum development, funding, instruction, evaluation, tracking, reporting, and implementation for FBI and partner agencies.
Description: The FBI requires curriculum development services following a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process, demonstrating expertise in graphic design, web design, eLearning development, animation, and audio/video editing. The goal is to support the FBI's strategic plan to enhance awareness and recognition.

Workdays: Monday – Friday
Work hours: Core hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
Travel: As needed to support the mission.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 15+ years’ experience in education or instructional design
- 10+ years’ experience specifically in education or instructional design
