S&T Program Management Specialist

The company is recruiting a S&T Program Management Professional for the Expeditionary Program supporting the Office of Naval Research, located onsite in Quantico, VA.

• Drafting papers and briefs.
• Analyzing scientific and fiscal data for presentation and making recommendations.
• Organizing expeditionary portfolio participation in expositions and conferences.
• Presenting new information to a variety of civilian and military audiences.
• Facilitating meetings and managing processes.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current Secret security clearance.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) policies and program management practices applicable to technology transition from S&T into acquisition, including at least ten years of relevant management oversight experience in S&T project planning, execution, and transition.

• Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience at HQMC, CD&I, TECOM, MCWL, MCOTEA or MCSC.
