Entity Vetting Analyst

Entity Vetting Analyst will provide entity-vetting support and team leadership, coordinating with the onsite SPA Program Manager and government leaders on performance, planning, training, and analytic results. Primary focus: identifying and analyzing Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) risk across the Defense Industrial Base.

Additionally, serve as Product Owner for the internal vetting and analytics system under development:

• Define and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with business and vetting needs.
• Translate needs into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; prioritize backlog for maximum value.
• Collaborate with development team/vendor to plan sprints, monitor progress, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and technical team; gather feedback and drive enhancements.
• Monitor performance, manage risks/dependencies, and evolve system to meet future needs.
• Champion user adoption, support training, and ensure seamless integration with vetting and intelligence workflows.

• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Market Research, Security, Intelligence, or related.
• 8+ years in risk analysis, competitive intelligence, due diligence, finance, or M&A.
• 8+ years applying analytic standards for business/security/intelligence data.
• 8+ years using databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Factiva, Lexis Nexis, Pitch Book, Capital IQ, D&B).
• 8+ years identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and solutions.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Able to work fully onsite in Quantico/Stafford, VA.

• Experience in DoD Entity Vetting and Financial Due Diligence.
• Prior Product Owner or product management experience with business/intelligence systems.
• Familiarity with agile, backlog management, and technical liaison.
