Title: Knowledge Manager
Location: Quantico, VA
US Citizenship: Required
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical requirements and develop technical solutions
- Perform MS SharePoint user and group management
- Develop solutions for business process automation
- Provide users with support on MS Share Point
- Develop custom MS SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, views, workflows and scripts
- Promote adoption through user training
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop and maintain KM tools, repositories, and dashboards
- Lead efforts to standardize documentation and streamline access to critical data
- Support analysts, editors, and leadership with organized, accurate, and easily retrievable information
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of knowledge management experience within the IC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include MS Share Point
- TS/SCI w/ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
