Ping Wind is seeking a Senior Cyber Analyst to support our Navy customer at NSWC Crane branch in the IWS-C division.

• Assists in the management and oversight of cybersecurity efforts related to IWS-C.
• Documents Cyber Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to coincide with Program IMS, and develops cyber baselines and tests.
• Creates documentation for Authority to Operate (ATOs) and plans for cybersecurity protections, providing oversight.
• Develops ATOs and IATTs focused on various elements of the program.
• Develops and reviews POA&Ms and Risk Acceptance documentation as needed.
• Assists the ISSM and ISSO with cyber documentation, presentations to leadership, risk management, security assessments and mitigations, manages interaction with industry partners related to cyber work, attends and assists in test events, cyber tabletop discussions, and contractor CDRL reviews.

• TS with SCI eligibility.
• Strong DoD RMF experience (Navy or USMC support preferred).
• Comprehensive ATO/IATT package development and approval experience.
• POA&M development and review experience.
• MCCAST or eMASS experience.
• ACAS experience.
• Familiarity with a wide range of STIGs.
• Wide range of technical knowledge with demonstrated vulnerability scanning, remediation, and documentation experience.
• Experience working on the Cybersecurity team in management and oversight of cybersecurity efforts related to IWS‑C.
• Attendance and assistance with test events, cyber tabletop discussions, and CDRL reviews.
• Serves as the Cyber Analyst to the Program office designated ISSM and ISSO.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment.

• Azure cloud accreditation experience.
• VMWare VDI experience.
• CDS experience.
• Internal validation or audit team experience.

• Ability to complete tasking accurately and efficiently.
• Strong communication and briefing skills.
• Hybrid flexibility (remote‑onsite).
• Availability to travel, with some short notice.
