You will be at the forefront of innovation, improving how agencies operate within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) IT Technology Development division in Quantico, VA.

• Shift 1:
  Monday – Friday, 4:00 pm – 12:30 am EST
• Shift 2:
  Monday – Friday, 10:00 pm – 6:30 am EST

• Initiate and resolve service requests and incident problems.
• Consult with the user community to resolve technical problems and answer queries via telephone or self-service ticketing.
• Diagnose, isolate, and analyze problems using historical database records.
• Route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
• Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
• Alert management to recurring problems and patterns.
• Collaborate with system administrators and developers to ensure service completion.
• Provide an outstanding customer service experience across all organizational levels.

• Active Top Secret clearance; eligible to obtain TS/SCI.
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a Help Desk environment.
• Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
• Security+ CE certification.
• High School Diploma (AAS preferred).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Onsite at Quantico, VA.

Likely hourly rate: $26.44 – $35.78. Salary will be based on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
