MAGTF SAG Assessment Analyst; PTOC Security Clearance

Job Overview

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Assessments Analyst (PTOC) to examine and assess the organization, identify the need for solutions, and draft procedures for improvement. The analyst observes and secures information by assessing customers, processes, and reports, and then analyzes that information to determine relevant data and methods for analysis, definition, and recording of results and recommendations in a reporting format.

This role is part of the Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF) and Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MEB) Command Elements training and education mission, which covers a range of military operations within a Joint, Combined, or Coalition environment.

• Selected personnel will have an adjudicated clearance and access up to TS/SCI security clearance.
• Senior staff planning experience in Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff.
• Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at the conceptual, functional and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations as well as joint headquarters organizations.
• Completion of an appropriate level of professional military education such as Intermediate/Top Level School (ILS/TLS).

• Knowledge of, and operational experience, deploying and employing ground combat, aviation, supporting arms, and combat service support units and related equipment.
• Knowledge of, and operational experience, with military doctrine, tactics, and command relationships at the operational command level.
• SME Level – Master’s Degree or equivalent w/ 7+ years Direct Relevant Experience.
• Proficiency using MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

• Normal Office Environment.

• Approximately 15‑20%, primarily to Camp Lejeune, NC;
  Camp Pendleton, CA; and Okinawa, Japan.
