The Junior SharePoint Specialist supports the Product Manager Infantry Weapons (PdM IW) by assisting in managing and maintaining SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. This role is an ideal candidate with basic IT knowledge and a desire to grow in enterprise collaboration platforms.

Job Type: Full-time/Exempt
Location: Quantico, VA (Onsite)
Clearance Required: Active Secret
Travel Requirement: Minimal, < 10%
Position Responsibilities- Provide basic administration and support for SharePoint sites and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Assist users with permissions, document libraries, and site navigation.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates under supervision.
- Troubleshoot common issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Support migration and organization of content within SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced acquisition environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Project
- Understanding of DoD acquisition lifecycle and program office operations
- Professional judgment and discretion in high-visibility leadership environments
- Associate’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- US citizenship.
- Ability to pass background check and obtain security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience with SharePoint site creation and customization.
- Knowledge of Power Automate or basic scripting.
