Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview)How would you like your program management work to land in front of a Marine Corps portfolio's leadership every week? This is the core analyst role on the PM MAGTF C2 program office support team — you will research acquisition strategy, build and maintain program documentation, and keep configuration control on the portfolio SharePoint site. You will work across six Agile Release Trains, which means unusually broad exposure for a journeyman-level analyst.
We hire people who want the next certification and the next level of responsibility, and we staff accordingly.

- Support Project Officers and Program Analysts on day-to-day tasks: funding obligation, spend plan management, and Integrated Program Management Plans.
- Demonstrated history of delivering acquisition and program management analysis for DoD programs — 8 years' relevant experience per the Staffing Matrix.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Active DoD Secret clearance with ADP-II/IT-2 (T-3) eligibility.
