Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) who will lead a large vetting support services program. This role involves overseeing a multidisciplinary team, maintaining high standards of performance, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.

• The PMis responsible for the overall performance of the work.
• This person must coordinate directly with the COR and Program Leadership.
• Manage overall program performance and lead a team of security, intelligence, and business professionals.
• Serve as the primary liaison with leadership and Government stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure all tasks meet the standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• Coordinate periodic progress meetings and status reviews.
• Facilitate entity vetting reviews, document processes and procedures, and prepare briefings and reports.
• Implement and maintain an effective Quality Control Plan (QCP) and ensure compliance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of program metrics and performance indicators.
• Maintain open communication lines with leadership.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of necessary security documentation.
• Master’sDegree(orhigher-level degree) in Program/Project Management,Business Management,Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationcurrentattimeofcontractawardandmaintained through the life of contract.
• Minimum of12years’ofexperienceininteractingwithhigh-rankingofficialsonprogrammanagement support.
