Member Experience & Onboarding Coordinator

A nonprofit association is seeking a Membership Coordinator to enhance the member experience through effective support and engagement. This role involves serving as the primary contact for member inquiries, managing membership operations, and assisting with chapter engagement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), a minimum of 2 years in a relevant role, and excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with additional experience in AMS being a plus. This position is based in Quantico, Virginia.
