* Pay : $18.20 per hour
** Job Summary
** Perform a wide variety of manual tasks in kitchen or dining area of a food activity, which involves light to moderate physical effort and is done according to established procedures. Serves as a lead and provides guidance to lower-level employees. Performs duties as Supervisor in his/her absence.
** Primary Duties

* Set up food on self-serving lines and portion food for individual servings in accordance with instructions.
* Refill cold bars, salad bars, pastry cabinets, condiments, juice dispensers, and set up dining rooms.
* Replace glassware, dishes and silverware and refill condiment containers. Wipe and wash tables and countertops.
* Clean work area, utensils, and equipment; remove garbage; mop floors, walls, windows, and tables.
* Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from serving counters. Mix washing solutions and operate electric dish washing machine and/or wash dishes, glassware, pots and pans and kitchen utensils by hand.
** Additional Responsibilities
*** Maintain in a sanitary condition equipment and work areas, utensils, and tables.
* Perform ware-washing, and keep pot and pan areas in order prior to, during and after meals.
* Follow correct cleaning techniques, cleaning schedules and tasks.
* May assign duties to lower-level employees in the absence of a supervisor.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

* Qualifications:

Education, Experience, and Certification(s)
*** Must be able to pass and maintain a Tier 5 FBI Security Clearance required.
* High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.
* One-year food service-related experience preferred.
* Must obtain Serve-Save certification within 90 days of hire date required.
** Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
*** Strong customer service skills required.
* Neat, well-groomed appearance required.
