Access Control Specialist – Quick Services LLC (QSL) – Quantico, VA

Provide support with access control functions to ensure entry control points are monitored, personnel clearances are verified with appropriate badges, magnetometer searches are conducted, and only authorized personnel are provided access to MCIA facilities. Contractor support includes clearance verification via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), issuing visitor and temporary badges, filling out the MCIA Visitor Log, utilizing the Foreign Visitation System – Confirmation Module (FVS-CM), submitting visitor and employee visit/perm certifications, validating Information System Authorization Access Requests, screening incoming/outgoing documents/packages, conducting extra searches, familiarizing with MCIA’s Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and alarm station, conducting detailed turnovers with Command Duty Officers (CDO), completing end‑of‑day checklists, and properly opening/closing MCIA facilities.

The role requires opening/closing secured areas with CDX‑09 and CDX‑10 style locks and monitoring facility control points via line of sight and CCTV.

Personnel shall work Monday to Friday, 0600–1800, 8‑hour shifts, with possible after‑hours or weekend work for special projects. Locations include Hochmuth Hall (HH), Swain Annex, and MCIA West.

• Current TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take CI Polygraph.

• Experience in daily Access Control support within a Command Security Office (CSO).
