- Provide support for the PKI Program Management Office (PKI‑PMO) overseeing the agency’s PKI program, Data Transfer Program, and Media Destruction Program.
- Provide Registration Authority (RA) support in compliance with DoD policy, including PKI certificate activities for individual alternate tokens, SIPR tokens, mailbox encryption certificates, group certificates, role certificates, and server certificates.
- Provide PKI registration authority and trusted agent services for all classifications, supporting unclassified, secret, and top‑secret systems.
- Support issuance of tokens and certificates on the NIPRNet Enterprise Alternate Token System (NEATS).
- Develop weekly and monthly trend reports.
- Support program compliance assessments and DISA’s PKI Audit.
- Provide shipping logistics for tokens.
- Maintain record keeping of tokens issued and destroyed.
- Develop SOPs for PKI processes and standards.
- Support issuance and installation of JWICS certificates.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
- Maintain an active DoD Top Secret/SCI level clearance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Compliance/PKI Lead must meet DoDM 8140/DoDM 8570.01‑M IAM Level I or IAT Level II requirements prior to onboarding;
CompTIA Security+ preferred.
The employee must possess the ability to work in an office environment, use standard office equipment, and operate a motor vehicle and fly in an aircraft, which may require prolonged sitting. Visual, hearing, and speech abilities are required. Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, reaching, pushing, pulling, opening and closing drawers/doors, and lifting up to 20 pounds may occasionally be required.
