Overview
We are a rapidly growing, fourth generation family-owned security integrator serving the Quantico/Fredericksburg area. We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Installation Technician to join the team as soon as possible.
Responsibilities- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of security and low-voltage systems across commercial environments.
- Provide technical leadership to field teams, ensure quality workmanship, troubleshoot complex issues, and support project delivery from planning through closeout.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to keep work on schedule and aligned with specifications.
- Train technicians, maintain documentation, and uphold safety and compliance standards.
- Experience in the security field, 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in installing, configuring, and testing various security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
- Specific certifications in security systems (e.g., DMP, Axis, Avigilon).
- Experience leading multiple teams across multiple projects at once.
Compensation: $75,000 per year
