We are actively hiring an Experienced Accounting Technician for our head office. This is a full-time role where expertise in accounting software is essential and remote work is not an option.

This Accounting Technician position requires an organized and efficient professional who can thrive under pressure. Ideal candidates will have experience with accounting software such as Sage and Acomba and demonstrate strong capabilities with MS Office tools. The role is centered on client focus and effective multitasking to meet daily demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify all financial transactions

• Keep accurate and detailed financial records

• Utilize MS Excel and other software daily

• Manage databases to enhance reporting

• Work collaboratively to support team objectives

Requirements:

• Permanent residency in Canada or valid work permit

• Proficient in Sage and Acomba accounting software

• Strong MS Office, particularly Excel skills

• Must multitask effectively in team environments

• High level of organization and resilience under pressure
