Bilingual Accounting Assistant in Quebec

Location: Quebec

Join our finance team as a Bilingual Accounting Assistant in Quebec City.

Your role will involve managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring financial accuracy while supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.

This full-time position requires in-office attendance for the first six months to aid in onboarding and collaboration. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, support payroll processes, and maintain effective records. If you are detail-oriented and bilingual in French and English, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records for customer and supplier accounts

• Oversee accounts receivable activities and collections follow-up

• Manage billing discrepancies and provide status updates

• Review vendor invoices and process payments on time

• Support payroll processing and maintain HR records

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 5 years in an accounting or administrative role

• Experience in manufacturing is a plus

• Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
