Accounting Clerk in Finance Team

Location: Val-d'Or

Join the Finance and Accounting team as an Accounting Clerk under the guidance of the Chief Accountant. You’ll handle accounts receivable, payable, and support the overall accounting cycle.

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be instrumental in processing invoices, monitoring receivables, and entering supplier invoices. This position requires two years of accounting experience, strong MS Office skills, and ideally knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP. Your organizational skills and autonomy will be essential, with bilingual proficiency in French and English a must for effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable

• Enter supplier invoices into the accounting system

• Prepare reconciliation tables as needed

• Support the accounting team in various tasks

• Perform additional administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

• College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience

• Minimum of two years accounting experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset

• Bilingual in French and English for effective communication
