In this position, you will handle invoice approvals, ensure compliance with internal billing procedures, and manage discrepancies. Your bilingual capabilities will support effective communication with suppliers and internal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support service centers with invoice receipt and approval

• Ensure accuracy of pending receipts for processing

• Handle invoices using Sen Saas payable system

• Manage discrepancies and perform collections

• Reconcile statements and support internal audits

Requirements:

• DEC in Accounting or equivalent experience

• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills

• Results-oriented with high-volume workload capability

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
