Reporting to the Manager of Operations, as a Billing Coordinator, you'll manage client invoicing and revenue recognition practices. Your experience of at least three years in a billing capacity will contribute to ensuring smooth month-end closures and accurate financial documentation. Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to uphold compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to prepare and issue client invoices
• Document and file all billing adjustments with proper authorization
• Ensure supporting documentation is complete before invoicing
• Distribute final invoices and assist auditors as needed
• Engage in process improvements within the billing workflow
Requirements:
• Fluency in English and French is necessary
• Minimum of three years of relevant billing experience
• Knowledge of accounting practices and billing software
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
