Position: Staff Accountant at Imperial Dade

As a Staff Accountant, you will work under general supervision, responsible for vendor invoice processing, resolving discrepancies, and reconciling statements. Your analytical skills will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes. This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely financial reporting and sales tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices accurately and on time

• Resolve quantity and pricing discrepancies efficiently

• Prepare journal entries and assist in account reconciliation

• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures

• Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or accounting certification

• At least 2 years of related work experience

• Bilingual with strong communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
