As an Accounting Technician, you will facilitate the execution of daily accounting activities like preparing invoices, managing payments, and processing invoices from vendors. Your experience will be pivotal in maintaining accuracy and organizational efficiency throughout the accounting cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare multi-currency invoices for customers

• Accurately record payments in the accounting system

• Manage and oversee transactional portals

• Assist with vendor invoice processing

• Conduct reconciliations and follow-ups on accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma of College Studies in Accounting or related field

• 1-3 years of accounting experience required

• Experience in multi-currency accounting preferred

• Proficient in English, both written and oral

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
