Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for over 10,000 North American employees

• Manage aspects related to hires, leaves, and terminations

• Create pension and share purchase plan reports

• Facilitate the issuance of Records of Employment

• Engage in continuous improvement and payroll projects

Requirements:

• 10 years of payroll experience with NPI/APA certification

• Solid knowledge of Excel and payroll systems

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

• Proficient English skills for effective communication

• Strong interest in AI and process improvements
