Maximize efficiency at the Kiena Mine Complex with Wesdome as a Specialist in Operational Effectiveness. Take charge of systems that drive safety and productivity enhancements.
This vital role involves the implementation of an operational effectiveness system under the guidance of the Mine Manager. You will engage cross-functionally to ensure the system's integration into daily operations, employing structured methodologies to foster continuous improvement. Your efforts will help shape a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the deployment and maintenance of the effectiveness system
• Support training and track adoption across departments
• Integrate the system into planning and review routines
• Develop key performance indicators and reporting structures
• Promote a culture of accountability and improvement across teams
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary degree preferred
• 7 to 10 years in mining or related industries
• Strong background in operational efficiency tools
• Ability to analyze data for actionable insights
• Bilingual communication in English and French required
