Kick-start your finance career with AGS Automotive Systems as a Corporate Accountant, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. Manage financial reconciliations and contribute to audits and tax preparations.

In this vital role, you will collaborate with Plant Controllers and other finance teams at AGS Automotive Systems. You will handle diverse financial reporting tasks, including preparing monthly journal entries, assisting with audits, and preparing year-end tax documentation for Canadian and US entities. Your analytical skills will shine as you work on improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial data

• Assist KPMG with the external audit processes

• Develop year-end tax reports for various entities

• Enhance the accuracy of Fixed Asset Subledgers

• Engage in financial reporting special projects

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in commerce or finance

• Strong background in accounting principles

• Proficient in financial software and Excel

• Detail-oriented with solid organization skills

• Effective communication abilities are essential
