Richelieu Hardware, a leader in the specialty hardware industry, is searching for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk. In this full-time position, you will process between 1,000 to 2,000 invoices monthly while adhering to payment terms and company policies. Using your experience in freight and customs invoice processing, you will reconcile accounts and assist management with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process large volumes of freight and customs invoices

• Follow up on supplier account statements

• Reconcile amounts due with accuracy

• Allocate invoices using the charter of accounts

• Ensure timely completion of tasks from management

Requirements:

• DEP in Administration, Accounting, or Finance

• Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

• Proficient with MS Office Suite, especially Excel

• Experience with AS400 or JD Edwards systems is a plus
