You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to uphold financial integrity and facilitate smooth accounts payable processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and approve vendor invoices and expenses in SAP

• Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies

• Support month-end closing activities

• Maintain compliance with internal financial controls

• Prepare documentation for audits and reviews

Requirements:

• College diploma in Accounting or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in accounts payable roles

• Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

• Bilingual in French and English

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
