Position: Payroll Management Specialist for Canadian Workforce
Location: Quebec City

Lead payroll operations for 250 employees as a Payroll Manager in Canada. Your expertise will ensure compliance and accuracy in the payroll process while managing critical data.

As the Payroll Manager, you will manage full payroll processing, verifying hours worked, absences, and premiums. Using Employeur D and Synerion, you will ensure adherence to collective bargaining agreements while collaborating closely with HR and accounting teams. This role also includes managing group insurance and pension plan enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for 250 employees

• Ensure payroll data accuracy and compliance

• Process payroll weekly and monthly

• Administer group insurance and pension enrollments

• Complete year-end tax slips and wage declarations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of payroll management experience

• DEC in administration or accounting

• Strong Excel skills essential

• Knowledge of Employeur D and Synerion is an asset

• Detail-oriented with excellent management skills
