Accounting Associate - Vendor Management

As an Accounting Associate, you will ensure the accuracy of vendor rebate terms and assist in the communication of queries related to rebates. Responsibilities also include resolving discrepancies, maintaining product coding, and contributing to monthly and quarterly close processes. Your contributions will ensure compliance and support our Canadian operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and maintain accuracy of vendor rebate records

• Resolve costing discrepancies related to accounting data

• Support internal and external rebate inquiries effectively

• Update product codes in the accounting system

• Assist in general ledger account management and reconciliations

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or Accounting certification

• 2 years of relevant work experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
