Work arrangement

Hybrid schedule with on-site work 3 days per week.

Position summary

Trane has an exciting opportunity to join our Equipment group in Québec as a Project Administrator. Under direct supervision, you will manage routine project documentation, materials, job costing, status monitoring, invoicing, and administrative closeout. You will interact closely with Project Managers, Account Managers and other project staff to ensure timely project completion.

What you will do
  • Provide general administrative support to the project fulfillment process.
  • Assist with ordering all bill of materials for projects; confirm shipping dates and update schedules.
  • Inform clients about estimated ship dates and coordinate deliveries with carriers.
  • Process documents for service claims, sales allowances, retrofit, and labor warranty.
  • Assist with processing all project closeout documentation.
  • Customize as needed per district requirements.
What you will bring
  • High school diploma or GED and up to two years of related experience or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive approach, ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Budget management proficiency.
  • English proficiency required; ability to communicate with teams across Canada and with US suppliers as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team; experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems preferred, not required.
  • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required.
