As an Administration Attendant II, you will manage various responsibilities, including handling incoming cheques and ensuring accurate processing. The role requires you to reconcile transactions in the system and coordinate with clients regarding cheque returns. Attention to detail and efficient handling are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and check the conformity of incoming mail
• Process insurance payments via cheque daily
• Classify postdated cheques accurately in the system
• Reconcile and forward cheques for bank deposits
• Manage address corrections for returned cheques
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Proficient in French, both written and verbal
Contribute to Beneva's administrative efficiency as an essential part of the Administration Attendant II team.
