Location: Lévis
Be a crucial part of Pomerleau's Building Operations team as a Project Administrative Assistant. Support large-scale construction projects through vital administrative tasks.
In this key role, you will assist project teams with essential documentation and administrative support for projects valued between $1.5 million and $1 billion. Leverage your administrative experience and MS Office skills to manage schedules, oversee training registries, and provide assistance to both Health and Safety and Quality Management teams to ensure project excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer project tracking and documentation
• Verify payroll timesheets for accuracy
• Maintain worker training records in the registry
• Support Health and Safety and Quality team reporting
• Prepare daily operational reports as required
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
• College diploma in Office Administration is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Understanding of construction industry dynamics beneficial
• Experience with Procore software is advantageous
