OFFRE D'EMPLOI : SECRÉTAIRE- ASSISTANTE COMPTABLE BILINGUE Bijoux LK/GLK Gold est actuellement à la recherche d'une Secrétaire-Assistante comptable bilingue pour se joindre à notre équipe.
Poste : Temps plein (environ 35 heures par semaine)
Principales responsabilités :
- Effectuer diverses tâches administratives et de secrétariat;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux courriels en français et en anglais;
- Effectuer des locations de salles pour nos événements.
- Participer à la tenue de livres et aux tâches comptables courantes;
- Soutenir l'équipe dans différentes tâches administratives.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
- Expérience en administration, comptabilité et/ou secrétariat
- Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office
- Sens de l'organisation, autonomie et souci du détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.
