As an Agency Support Representative (Shawinigan), you will play a key role in the smooth operation of Career agencies by providing comprehensive, coordinated, and professional support to clients, the sales force, and the management team.

What You Will Accomplish With Us   Welcome and assist clients and sales advisors, in person and over the phone, while providing professional and courteous service
Ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration with the sales force and the Career Support and Service Centre, directing requests to the appropriate specialists when needed
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales force, including advisor contracting, onboarding, integration, and offboarding activities
Support the Agency Director with activity coordination, calendar management, meeting preparation, report compilation, and the implementation of new administrative processes
Contribute positively to agency operations by helping manage office facilities, mail, office supplies, and by documenting processes and tasks related to agency activities

Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills

Has relevant experience in administration, office support, or a related field
Has an intermediate level of English, as the role involves occasional interactions with English-speaking internal and external partners
