What You’ll Accomplish With Us Participating in the opening of new client requests within the administrative system.
Routing requests to the appropriate transactional teams.
Sending contract amendment documents through electronic delivery.
Updating and correcting client information to ensure compliance with Canada Post standards.
Entering information into various systems.
Processing returned mail related to incorrect addresses.
Filing required letters and documents in client records to support transactional teams in completing files.
What Will Help You Succeed in This Role Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor’s degree in administration, or any other relevant field of study.
Has a minimum of one year of experience in administrative support or a similar role.
Is recognized for their rigor, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Stands out for their autonomy, proactivity, and ability to effectively organize their work.
Demonstrates strong proficiency with computer applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
Has an advanced level of French, both spoken and written, and an intermediate level of English, as the incumbent will be required to communicate daily by email and telephone with English‑speaking clients and partners across Canada.
