Position: Civil Security Administrative Technician Role

In this permanent position, you will be pivotal in maintaining vital administrative documents and coordinating Civil Security initiatives. Your responsibilities will span organizing staff travel, facilitating meetings, and contributing to data management for reporting. Proficiency in English and French will be crucial as you interact with community members and municipal representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all administrative and technical Civil Security files

• Prepare correspondence and handle requisition processes

• Organize meetings, training, and consultation logistics

• Assist in the development of safety awareness projects

• Regularly follow up on Civil Security project status

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education or relevant experience

• At least two years as an administrative technician

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills in English and French

• Ability to work independently with strong organizational abilities
