Dent Repair Specialist

, integrated into our car dealership, we are looking for a qualified Class 1
Dent Repair Specialist to join our automotive repair team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring the exterior of vehicles by removing dents and imperfections while ensuring high-quality finishes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment dedicated to vehicle restoration and customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a good knowledge of automotive repair techniques.

• Assess vehicle damage to determine the best approach for dent removal and body repair
• Use specialized tools and techniques to carefully remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint or finish
• Repair or replace damaged panels as needed, ensuring seamless integration with the existing bodywork
• Keep detailed records of repairs performed, including parts used and procedures followed
• Work collaboratively with other technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards at all times
• Use financial management software for billing and efficient tracking of repair orders

• Proven experience in auto body repair or dent removal (ideally Class
  1)
• Familiarity with automotive repair tools and techniques, including paintless dent removal methods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills and professionalism in customer interactions
