As a Project Manager,Product strategyM&A at Innovair Solutions, you will play a key rolein the integration and optimization of product portfolios resulting from the company’s acquisitions. You will help identify growth opportunities, business synergies, and portfolio rationalization initiatives to maximize the value ofour investments. Through your business acumen, leadership, and strategic expertise, you will actively contribute to the evolution of our product offering and our long‑term success.

On adaily basis, you will:

• Analyze product portfolios from acquired companies and identify growth, synergy, and cross-selling opportunities;
• Evaluate product positioning,served markets, and customer needs to recommend the most appropriate strategic directions;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to facilitate the integration and development of acquired portfolios;
• Analyze product and category performance to develop actionable recommendations and plans;
• Develop portfolio, positioning,and pricing strategies in partnership with market leaders and category directors;
• Support the evaluation of integration opportunities and future acquisitions through your product,market, and commercial expertise;
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and engage stakeholders around business priorities;
• Conduct analyses, research, andfollow-ups required to ensure the success of strategic projects;
• Contribute equally to strategic thinking and execution of initiatives;
• Take ownership of various product-related strategic mandates in a context of growth and acquisitions.
