• Assess processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops to enhance team capabilities
• Aid managers in executing continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to process mapping based on Lean principles
• Monitor and evaluate optimization activity results
Requirements:
• 3 to 7 years in a complex optimization role
• Green Belt certification in Lean methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication
