Responsibilities- Analyze and documentlogisticsand transportation processes toidentifyopportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of process and technology improvements.
- Draft business requirement documents to guide operational technology enhancements.
- Identify operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions.
- Create andmaintaindocumentation, including process flows and user guides.
- The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
- Currently in3rdor 4thyear of pursuing a bachelor's degree, or pursuing a master's degree,in logistics,supplychainmanagement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational processes.
- Eagerness to understand andoptimizelogistical and transportationalsystems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skillsto convey operational insights clearly.
