Shape the future of insurance solutions as a Business Analyst for Guidewire Systems in the Brokerage Program located in Quebec City. Focus on facilitating collaboration between business and technical teams.
This term contract position demands at least eight years of experience, including five years working specifically with Guidewire. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting essential requirements while playing a vital role in Agile project delivery. Your insights into Property & Casualty operations will guide your recommendations and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams
• Document business and functional requirements thoroughly
• Develop user stories and functional specifications
• Assist in design and execution of test cases
• Conduct Agile ceremonies for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, 5 years as BSA
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong experience in Agile delivery environments
• Familiarity with insurance business processes and technologies
