Key Responsibilities:
• Support management in business case preparation and initiative prioritization
• Oversee initiative lifecycle management for strategic alignment
• Ensure realization of expected business benefits
• Provide performance visibility and reporting for decision-making
• Collaborate to identify risks and implement solutions
Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years in both project and portfolio management
• Bachelor's degree required; master's is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Bilingual in French and English essential
• Understanding of the financial industry preferred
