Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Director, you will define and drive the occupational health and safety strategy to transform regulatory compliance into a proactive, interdependent safety culture at our Ville Saint-Laurent plant.

• Strategy &
  
  Risk Management:
  
  Deploy H&S policies, perform chemical/ergonomic risk assessments, and manage PPE programs.
• Safety Culture & Training: Drive behavioral safety campaigns, conduct field audits, and lead safety training for all employees.
• Emergency Response: Update emergency response plans, coordinate safety drills, and train the first-response team.

• Master’s or Engineering degree in HSE / H&S with proven experience in an industrial plant.
• Strong knowledge of local H&S regulations and ISO 45001 standards.
• Field-oriented leadership with the ability to influence and engage operational teams.
• Strong analytical skills, responsiveness, and excellent communication.
• Fluent French is required;
  English is a strong asset.
