Shape the future of Indigenous storytelling with the Indigenous Screen Office. As a full-time Program Manager for Youth Training and Education, you'll manage impactful funding initiatives.
In this key role, you'll oversee diverse funding programs aimed at supporting Indigenous youth under 35. Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of educational programs that align with ISO's strategic priorities. Collaborate with communities and educational institutions to encourage participation and foster community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead funding program planning and implementation efforts
• Review applications with a fair, transparent approach
• Monitor program performance for enhancements
• Develop policies for funding recipients
• Engage with communities through workshops and consultations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in program or funding management
• Degree in arts, communications or related field
• Knowledge of not-for-profit funding practices
• Experience with Indigenous communities and cultural settings
• Ability to develop program proposals and measurable outcomes
