Lead Bid Strategist

Position: Lead Bid Strategist at Think Research
Become a key player at Think Research as the Lead Bid Strategist, overseeing RFP responses in a full-time remote environment. Utilize your expertise to elevate the quality of bid submissions across our innovative health technology solutions.

In this essential role, you will take ownership of the entire bid and RFP process, managing responses for both Digital Front Door and Pharmapod product lines. Your expertise in project management and writing will ensure timely and compliant submissions, allowing our sales team and executives to focus on their initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own RFP process, maintaining high standards for quality

• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Clinical, and other departments

• Run go/no-go decision-making processes for new bids

• Write and edit effective responses based on technical input

• Manage RFP intake and a detailed submission calendar

Requirements:

• 5+ years in bid or proposal management

• Experience with large public-sector RFPs

• Strong writing and editing skills

• Knowledge of Canadian public procurement

• Project management proficiency with no missed deadlines
