Step into a leadership role with ABF as the Vice President of Construction. Oversee project management, field operations, and financial oversight while ensuring quality and profitability.
ABF is seeking a Specialized Construction Manager to lead our project management efforts. Ideal candidates have experience as project managers or in key construction roles with a focus on civil, industrial, and commercial projects. This strategic position involves working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, managing teams, and driving compliance and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support superintendents in effective workforce management
• Monitor and adjust project schedules as needed
• Conduct site visits to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze construction site productivity and costs
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Requirements:
• University degree in engineering related to construction
• Minimum 10 years managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of Quebec and Ontario construction laws
• Advanced bilingual communication skills in French and English
• Ability to promote a culture of safety and performance
