As a Construction Project Manager at Borea, you will supervise and coordinate projects under the Project Director’s guidance. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Engineering and have at least 10 years of experience. You will work collaboratively with Health and Safety, ensuring that quality and cost targets are met while also managing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise planning and execution of construction projects
• Coordinate work methods with Site Manager and Superintendents
• Negotiate contractor selections with upper management
• Conduct site meetings for effective communication
• Perform administrative and technical follow-ups
Requirements:
• Engineering bachelor’s degree and Professional Engineer Association membership
• 10+ years in project management roles
• Bilingual in French and English
• Valid driver’s license and high mobility
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Lead impactful construction initiatives while fostering community relations and ensuring project compliance for Borea Construction.
