This role demands extensive experience, at least 5 years, in the commercial flat roofing field. You will supervise daily operations, ensuring that all safety regulations are followed and that materials meet project requirements. Your ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial roofing field operations and supervise teams

• Ensure safety compliance and manage related paperwork

• Track project budgets and material requirements

• Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 5+ years in roofing supervision or related experience
