Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates using engineering data and quantity take-offs

• Supervise junior estimators and review their work

• Propose pricing strategies and assess contract changes

• Prepare execution plans and basis of estimate documents

• Collaborate closely with project planners

Requirements:

• 8-15 years of estimation experience in consulting engineering

• Knowledge of cost estimation software and methodologies
